Application area

Usable for conveyance of beverages such as wine, fruit juices, lemonade, mineral water, unfermented sweetened fruit juice, and alcoholic beverages up to 13 vol.-% alcohol, but not usable for milk and beer. The temperature of the conveyed beverages should not exceed +40 °C.

Product specification

Flexible and resistant material, resistant to aging and abrasion, rugged and pressure-proof, inside and outside smooth, hardly inflammable, sterilizable, no change of material by light or atmospheric oxygen, physiologically safe.

Shore hardness A: 77° ±3° (DIN 53505)

Temperature range: -10 to +60 °C, at +40 °C nearly atmospheric pressure

Tearing strength: 17 N/mm²

Elongation at break: >350 %

Surface resistance: 10¹¹ Ohm

Tolerance: for internal diameter and wall thickness according to DIN 16940

Sterilization: sterilizable, at least 30 times, at +121 °C at normal pressure in hot air; the sterilization periods should not exceed 30 min. each

Regulations: manufactured in accordance with the recommendation of the Food Quality BgVO, KTW-C tested
