EPDM/PP sealing cords are presented in two versions. The first version is in technical quality, dyed black, with the round cords as rubber seals being resistant to many acids, alkalis and oxidising agents.

PTFE

PTFE sealing cords – unsintered - are FDA- and BfR-compliant and therefore food-safe. They are completely resistant, except to dissolved and molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine at higher temperatures and pressures.

FKM
