These tubes are produced with high precision using mandrel vulcanization, resulting in extremely soft, high-quality tubes that are particularly suited for peristaltic and hose pumps. They guarantee maximum dosing accuracy thanks to their precise manufacturing. The operating temperature range is –20 °C to +200 °C, and up to +250 °C for short periods.
- FPM Chemical Tubing – High Flexible 60 – are part of the FPM/FKM tubing range with a Shore hardness of A 65° according to DIN 53505, these products are designed for installation in peristaltic pump heads. They offer excellent resistance to inorganic and organic media, such as hydrocarbons, vegetable and animal oils, and aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, as well as acids and alkalis. The tubes are abrasion-resistant, flame-retardant, and dimensionally stable. The temperature range is –20 °C to +200 °C, and up to +250 °C for short periods.
- FPM Chemical Tubing – High Flexible 62 – are suitable for use as analytical, medical and chemical tubing. They are highly resistant to hydrocarbons, mineral, vegetable and animal oils, aromatic and chlorinated solvents, as well as acids, alkalis, and other oxidizing agents. It has a Shore hardness of A 62° according to DIN 53505 and an operating temperature range from –20 °C to +200 °C, with short-term tolerance up to +250 °C.
- FPM Chemical Tubing – Standard – Flexible 75 – is part of the range of pump tubing that is particularly valued for its Shore hardness of A 75° according to DIN 53505, particularly due to their Shore hardness of A 75° according to DIN 53505. These products are transfer tubes made from high-quality blended polymers of fluorinated hydrocarbons, offering maximum chemical resistance along with excellent ozone and oxygen resistance. The tubes have a Shore hardness of A 75° according to DIN 53505 and operate at temperatures from –20 °C to +200 °C, with short-term tolerance up to +250 °C. These models meet the UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
- FPM Pump Tubing – Imperial Sizes belong to the group of tubes that are produced using an exclusive “Masterflex formulation” with the highest fluorine content of FPM, providing enhanced chemical resistance. They offer excellent resistance to solvents, oils, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, and are highly gas-tight. They have a Shore hardness of A 64° according to DIN 53505 and an operating temperature range from –20 °C to +200 °C, with short-term tolerance up to +250 °C.
- FPM Pump Tubing with 2 Stoppers are standard tubes used in cassette pump heads. They belong to the pump tubing product group. The total tube length is 406 mm, with a stopper-to-stopper distance of 152 mm.
- FPM Pump Tubing with 3 Stoppers Part of the FPM/FKM tubing range; these tubes come equipped with 3 stoppers. The total length is 40 cm, with a stopper-to-stopper distance of 8 cm each; the distance between the two outer stoppers is 17 cm. The stoppers are color-coded to allow clear and easy identification in analytical applications. The Shore hardness is A 64° according to DIN 53505 with an operating temperature range from –20 °C to +200 °C, and up to +250 °C for short periods.
