Tubing Clamps in POM and PBT
RCT offers a broad range of tubing clamps in POM (polyoxymethylene, Delrin®) and in PBT (polybutylene terephthalate). The Delrin® tubing clamps are suitable for hoses with outer diameters of 1 to 40 mm, 3 to 10 mm and 6 to 15 mm. The PBT tubing clamp is glass-fibre reinforced, infinitely adjustable and can be operated with one hand, with no loss of clamping force even after prolonged use. It is designed for tubing with outer diameters of 4.5, 6, 8 and 10 mm. A particular highlight is the variant for thick-walled vacuum hoses, available in outer diameters of 10, 15, 20 and 30 mm. Their temperature resistance is +150 °C.
Hose Clamps in Plastic and Steel
RCT’s range of hose clamps is equally extensive, covering plastic as well as steel and stainless steel. In our online shop, you will find POM versions, for example, which can be reopened and are quick and secure to fit.
The range also features Delrin® variants with clamping ranges from 9 to 77 mm for laboratory use, together with stainless steel versions offering clamping ranges from 7 to 110 mm; both are ideally suited to chemical and process engineering. steel or stainless steel versions to grade 1.4016 are part of the basic equipment of any laboratory. Stainless steel hose clamps begin at 7 to 11 mm and extend to a maximum of 110 mm. In addition, RCT supplies safety hose clamps fitted with a hook lock and tab guide.
Hose Guides
Alongside these clamps, we also stock hose guides. These include versions that can be routed at an angle of roughly 90°, available for outer diameters of 6, 8 and 12 mm. Complementing them are capillary hose guides for capillaries with an outer diameter of 1.6 mm (1/16"), which can be used at a 90° or 180° angle.
