PVDF, as a fluoroplastic, is resistant when used with gasoline and other aliphatic hydrocarbons, halogenated solvents, ammonia solutions, aliphatic amines, aniline, mineral acids, organic acids, hydrogen peroxide, and UV radiation. It is conditionally resistant when used with benzene, xylene, and other aromatic hydrocarbons.

It is conditionally resistant to weak organic acids, ammonia, and amines, as well as UV radiation.

The range of HDPE hose connectors includes straight barbs in detachable variants, as well as two-piece tube barbs with screw fitting. We also offer reducer barbs.
POM
Hose connectors made of POM are characterized by the highest mechanical hardness and best mechanical strength. They are set for temperature ranges from -40 °C to +105 °C, but can also be temporarily stressed up to +140 °C. The fire class is UL 94 HB. The range includes straight, cross, reducer, and T-reducer hose olives. Additionally, the 40-piece hose connection set "Laboratory" is available.
PP
Hose connectors with hose barbs made of PP are characterized by good chemical resistance, such as to acids, alkalis, aromatic solvents, fuels, gasoline, oils, and fats. They are suitable for operating temperatures from -40 °C to +100 °C according to DIN 53446 and are classified under fire class UL 94. Additionally, these connectors are characterized by favorable dielectric properties.
TPX
Hose connectors with hose barbs/olives made of TPX are resistant to alcohols, acids, alkalis; conditionally resistant to ketones, esters, and halogens. The operating temperature is set between -40 °C and +120 °C, with short-term temperatures up to +170 °C possible. TPX is non-toxic and is therefore suitable for use in the food sector, as well as for medical and biochemical applications.
PVDF
PVDF is resistant to alcohols, oils, and fats, but not to fuming sulfuric acid and hot, concentrated bases, as well as alkali metals. The usable temperature range of these hose connectors lies between -40 °C and +150 °C and can be temporarily extended to +165 °C. Its Shore hardness D is defined as 74° according to DIN 53505. PVDF connectors are dimensionally stable and of the highest mechanical strength.
PTFE
Hose connectors with PTFE olives are chemically resistant to most inorganic and organic media. They are weather-resistant and have excellent dielectric properties. Their operating temperature is specified between -200 °C and +150 °C, and their Shore hardness D is 60° according to DIN 53505. The area of application is in chemical process engineering, analysis technology, laboratory technology, process technology, biotechnology, as well as in medical technology and the food industry.
PA
Hose connectors equipped with hose barbs made of PA are characterized by good chemical resistance to oils, fats, fuels such as gasoline, kerosene, and diesel, as well as hydraulic fluids. Their temperature resistance is between -40 °C and +90 °C. The connectors are steam sterilizable at +136 °C. Noteworthy is their very low density and consequently low moisture absorption.
