Gas pumps: Displacement and feed pumps for gaseous media

Gas pumps for the conveying of non-aggressive, condensate-free and aggressive gases are available in a large selection in Reichelt Chemietechnik's online shop. As a specialist for conveying systems and pumps, we offer you different variants of corresponding conveying pumps. These are of a small construction and are suitable for gas flows up to 0.85 l/min, 3.1 l/min and up to 4.5 l/min. They are also designed for low-voltage operation and are available in 6 V=, 12 V= and 24 V=. Gas pumps as diaphragm pumps allow a maximum operating pressure of 1 bar, where the maximum ambient temperature can be between +5°C and max. +40°C.

Vacuum pumps: Particularly recommended for aggressive gases

Simple pumps are not ideal for all media. Vacuum pumps are chemically resistant, so they are used for conveying gaseous media, in particular aggressive gases and vapours for evacuation. RCT's gas pumps comply with protection class IP 44 and ensure a maximum flow rate of 40 l/min. The sealing materials are made of FFKM (perfluoro rubber, Kalrez®), so that a long-life cycle is guaranteed.

Condensate pumps for complex applications

Condensate pumps or positive displacement pumps are used to convey aggressive condensates and gases. These include nitrogen oxides (NOx), concentrated nitric acid (HNO3), nitrous acid (HNO2), sulphur dioxide (SO2), sulphur trioxide (SO3), sulfuric acid (H2SO4) as well as sulphurous acid (H2SO3).

The pumps are used in gas analysis, gas measurement technology, process technology and chemical process technology, whereby the maximum media temperature of the positive displacement pumps is stated as max. +140°C. The gas pumps comply with the technical regulations. They are manufactured in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 and are characterised by unfailingly high quality.

You can buy gas pumps and other pump systems from rct-online.de

We have a comprehensive selection of gas pumps which are even suitable for pumping aggressive gases, as well as a variety of other pumps and the matching pump hoses. RCT is an experienced specialist supplier of high-quality conveyor technology as well as modern laboratory requirements and has many basic components in its range which should not be missing from any operating laboratory.

You can find out more about the materials our products are made from in our glossary. The resistance list provided helps you to work out which material which will help you solve your problem. Of course, our experienced team of consultants is also at your disposal, and they'll be happy to answer any questions you may have about your gas pumps or other products. Just write an email to our specialists in fluid or gas technology or give us a call.

By the way: many of the items offered in our shop are kept permanently in stock. This is how we ensure short just-in-time delivery – and at absolutely fair delivery costs.
