Chemical resistance of silicone tubing / THOMASIL hoses
- Absolute resistance: The products are resistant to aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, fuels such as petrol, as well as to acids, alkalis, hot water and steam. They are also resistant to UV radiation and environmental influences.
- Conditional resistance of silicone: Products designed by silicone rubber are only conditionally resistant to alcohols and ketones.
