Dosing pumps are classified as piston, centrifugal, diaphragm, peristaltic and gear pumps as well as gas and barrel pumps.

Dosing pumps include gas pumps as laboratory pumps as well as vacuum, condensate and displacement pumps. Gas pumps are kept available for the smallest quantities of liquid, for flow rates up to 0.85 l/h, 3.1 l/h and 4.5 l/h. They all operate in low-voltage mode.

We also offer condensate pumps/displacement pumps for aggressive gases and condensates for power ranges of 400 l/h and 800 l/h.

Furthermore, RCT offers gas feed pumps as piston / wobble piston pumps for gaseous aggressive gases.

Vacuum pumps and more

Additionally, vacuum pumps are available, which are used to convey aggressive gases and vapours for evacuation. Their sealing materials consist of FFKM (Kalrez®, Simriz®), ensuring a long service life.

Barrel pumps/container pumps as well as canister pumps and lifting pumps are another component in the RCT range. Container pumps/barrel pumps are intended for low-viscosity or medium-viscosity liquids at medium temperatures up to a maximum of +100°C.

Canister pumps/filling pumps are also part of the RCT range. These plastic pumps are made of either LDPE or PP and are suitable for liquids up to 1400 cP.

Piston and wobble piston pumps/FMI pumps are micro dosing pumps, also called piston dosing pumps, which on the one hand can convey the smallest amounts of liquid and on the other hand guarantee the highest chemical resistance. They are completely corrosion- and abrasion-resistant. They are used in biotechnology. Additionally, RCT offers magnetic centrifugal pumps or magnetically coupled centrifugal pumps/magnetic pumps.

Diaphragm pumps as a subcategory of dosing pumps are defined as micro diaphragm pumps or magnetic dosing pumps as well as magnetic diaphragm dosing pumps. They are also called magnetic dosing pumps.

Diaphragm dosing pumps are used for conveying aggressive media for performance ranges between 100 ml/min up to 350 l/h.

Dosing pumps for the laboratory are peristaltic pumps. These displacement pumps/peristaltic pumps are useful in low-pressure chromatography (LC chromatography). Programmable peristaltic pumps are also used in process technology in connection with biochemical reactors.

Gear pumps/magnetic gear pumps are also dosing pumps which operate without pulsation and do so with the highest accuracy. Gear pumps/dosing pumps are corrosion-resistant. The parts in contact with the material are made from high-quality stainless steel and fluoroplastics such as PTFE and the high-performance plastic PEEK.

Gear pumps are centrifugal pumps consisting of two gears which rotate in the opposite direction. The teeth of the two gears fill up the free space on each other after the liquid has reached the pressure side. As a result, the liquid is then pumped into the pump line. Gear feed pumps/gear pumps or dosing pumps work pulse-free with regular pressures up to a maximum of 40 bar.

Hand, foot & other dosing pumps

Hand pumps and foot pumps are also dosing pumps, but for rough dosing applications. Hand or foot pumps are categorised under filling pumps and container pumps.

Canister pumps are used for sampling and can be easily placed and operated on barrels and containers/bottles/threaded containers. They are therefore also referred to as container or dosing pumps.

Waterjet pumps are simplified suction pumps or vacuum pumps/injector pumps, which are used for power ranges of 190 l/h at 3.5 bar (absolute). However, it is necessary to produce a water flow pressure which is between 3 and 6 bar (absolute).

There are two types of water jet pumps/suction pumps/injector pumps available, which are optionally available with connections G 3/4", G 1/2" and G 2" as well as G 2 1/4". The water jet pumps/suction pumps are powerful industrial pumps which are intended for continuous operation.

RCT pump range

The entire pump range of Reichelt Chemietechnik, including peristaltic, gear, diaphragm, centrifugal, piston pumps, gas pumps and barrel pumps as well as water jet pumps, vacuum pumps, hand and foot pumps, is permanently in stock at RCT, so that short-term readiness for delivery is ensured.

Thanks to our electronic durability list it will be easy to find the ideal material to solve your problems.

As a supplement to its pump range, RCT offers canister pumps made from PP (polypropylene) and stainless steel as well as barrel pumps made from PP and PVDF, with a maximum flow rate of 200 l/min at a discharge head of up to 14 mWS. Another product group are gas pumps with the smallest pumping capacities, which are between 0.25 l/min. and 4.5 l/min.
