Chemical features:

Chlorosulfonated polyethylene is based on the sulfochlorination of polyethylene. An extremely elastic, vulcanized rubber is produced by this process.

Mineral oil resistance and flame resistance of the tubing improve with increasing chlorine content of the production formulation.
