PUR hydraulic spiral hose
Externally toleranced PUR hoses / hydraulic spiral hoses made of PUR combine high restoring capability with excellent kink resistance and tight bending radii. They are ideal for measurement and control technology, process engineering, and mechanical engineering. The Shore hardness is A 85° according to DIN 53505, with a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar at +20 °C.
PUR spiral hoses without fittings serve as hydraulic spiral hoses with permanent restoring force and outstanding flexibility. They feature a Shore hardness of A 98° (DIN 53505) and are available in red, yellow, and blue. The temperature range extends from –20 °C to +60 °C, with a maximum working pressure of 10 bar at +20 °C.
Spark protection versions without fittings also function as hydraulic spiral hoses and offer maximum restoring capacity. These spiral types are kink-resistant, highly flexible, and resistant to weathering and ageing. The Shore hardness is A 98° (DIN 53505), the temperature range –20 °C to +70 °C, and the working pressure 10 bar at +20 °C.
PUR chemical variants without fittings are classified as hydraulic spiral hoses and used for hydraulic lines in electronics, process and measurement technology, mechanical engineering, and vacuum systems. They have a leakage resistance of 106 Ω, an operating temperature from –20 °C to +85 °C, and a maximum pressure of 10 bar at +20 °C. These PUR-based hydraulic spiral hoses are vacuum-resistant.
PUR double-layer or DUO spiral types used as hydraulic spiral hoses stand out for their elastic behaviour and flexibility, even at –40 °C. Their mechanical strength is remarkable. The Shore hardness is A 85° (DIN 53505), with an operating temperature range of –40 °C to +80 °C and short-term resistance up to +120 °C.
PUR Antista versions without fittings are pressure-rated hydraulic spiral hoses for measurement and control technology as well as mechanical engineering. They offer high restoring capability and resistance to weathering and ageing. The Shore hardness is A 98° (DIN 53505), with a temperature range from –20 °C to +85 °C and a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar at +20 °C.
Spark protection designs with rotatable fittings are hydraulic spiral hoses for compressed air or pneumatic use, resistant to welding spatter and therefore suitable for spark protection applications. They are free from paint-wetting impairing substances, silicone-free, and halogen-free.
PUR models equipped with a blow-off gun and plug nipples belong to the group of hydraulic spiral hoses for compressed air systems. They are robust, high quality, and fitted with a blow-off gun featuring a zinc-plated steel nozzle and plug nipple (DN 7.2).
PA hydraulic spiral hose
PA variants with threaded connections (R) are used for conveying neutral liquids and gases in hydraulic applications. These models belong to the group of hydraulic spiral hoses / pneumatic spiral hoses / compressed air spiral hoses. They are employed in chemical engineering, process technology, mechanical engineering, and biotechnology. The Shore hardness is D 60° according to DIN 53505, the operating temperature ranges from +15 °C to +70 °C, and the maximum working pressure is 20 bar at +20 °C.
PA tubes with rotatable threaded connections (R) serve as hydraulic spiral hoses / compressed air spiral hoses used in measurement and control systems, mini-hydraulics, and pneumatic technology. They are valued as pressure lines for their impact resistance and for their chemical resistance to fuels, greases, oils, paint solvents, and hydraulic fluids. The temperature range is –40 °C to +90 °C, with short-term exposure up to +110 °C permitted. These PA versions are available with connection threads G 1/8", G 1/4", and G 3/8".
PVDF hydraulic spiral hose
PVDF variants functioning as hydraulic spiral hoses demonstrate exceptional chemical resistance to acids, alcohols, and common oxidizing agents, as well as to weak bases, halogens, and chlorides. However, they are not resistant to fuming nitric acid or hot concentrated bases.
