Developed for mounting of cheese head screws and the like of the following standards: DIN 85 (ISO 1580), DIN 96, DIN 7981 (ISO 7049), DIN 7971 (ISO 1481), DIN 7985 (ISO 7045), DIN 7971 (ISO 1481) and DIN 7996.

With retaining lips for safe pre-assembly of screws.

Good coefficient of sliding friction

Chemical features:

Good resistance to weak alkalis, but only moderate resistance to strong alkalis; resistant to aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons, fuels, mineral oils and mineral lubricants; suitable for alkohols, esters, ketones, ethers and amines.

Material specification:

The polyamides are universal materials for mechanical functional parts

The temperature resistance of polyamide (from -30 to +100 °C, for a short time +120 °C) allows use in many industries

Connecting parts made of polyamide and similar plastics protect from rust and corrosion damage

Insulating properties and an amazingly high tensile strength

PA can also be used in the food processing industry and in medical fields

Resistant to corrosion and abrasion

Non-toxic and unmagnetic

PA 6.6 features the same chemical resistance as PA 6

PA 6.6 has a higher hardness, abrasion resistance, and a little higher operating temperature than PA 6

However, PA 6.6 is a little less impact resistant compared to PA 6
