Protect floors from getting cracked and scratched by heavy metal feet of machines, worktables or the like

Chemical features:

Good resistance to weak acids, weak and strong alkalis; resistant to organic acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, as well as organic solvents below +60 °C.

Resistance to weather:

The material degrades when exposed to direct sunlight

Material specification:

LDPE is relatively flexible and soft, physiologically safe, excellent impact resistance even at low temperatures; antiadhesive, waxy and soft surface; high tearing strength; a high-quality electrical insulating material.

Due to its chemical properties, the bonding of PE requires special adhesives.

Density: 0.915 - 0.926 g/cm³

Temperature range: -30 to +60 °C, for a short time +80 °C

Elastic modulus: 220 - 400 N/mm²

Tensile strength: 8 - 23 N/mm²

Tearing strength: 15 - 20 MPa (DIN 53455)

Elongation at break: 300 - 1000 % (DIN 53455)

Impact resistance:

+20 °C: without break (DIN 53453);

-40 °C: 300 kJ/m² (DIN 53448)

Surface resistance: 10¹⁴ Ohm (DIN 53482)

Volume resistivity: 10¹⁷ Ohm x cm (DIN 53482)

Dielectric strength: 30 - 40 kV/mm

Dielectric constant: 2.3 at 100 Hz

Water absorption: <0.1 % (ISO 62)
