Telescopic light universal-joint shafts

Operating angle max. 40° per joint

Made of plastic, with crosspiece, telescopic tubes and end caps made of metal

Maintenance-free and wear-resistant

Bore-reducing bushes are available for bore 2 to 18 mm

For low torques at medium speeds

Easy mounting and dismounting without special tool

The shafts should be supported right besides the joints in order to avoid unnecessary vibration.

High stability

Good resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, fats and oils

Version A: Joint faces fitted with brass inserts with 2 set screws per hub (set screws with internal hexagon).

Version B: Joints only fitted with metal inserts, without set screws, mounting by means of cross pin or joining.

Notes regarding selection and operation:

The product of speed and operating angle must be smaller 10,000.

The stated torques are valid at operating angle 0°. Depending on the operating angle an appropriate operating factor must be selected.
