General Information
Multi-part couplings with rounded teeth for connecting two shafts.
Hubs made of resistant plastic for low to medium torques (food engineering)
Sleeve part or sleeve made of plastic, light and wear-resistant.
Hub parts and sleeve part or sleeve have to be ordered separately.
Torsionally-stiff and angle-compensating with axial movement.
For shaft diameters from 6 mm to 24 mm.
Ready-to-install with custom bore, feather keyway and set screw.
Easy mounting and dismounting without special tool.
Resistant to oils, fats, grease, fuels, various alcohols, esters, ketones, and grachatic hydrocarbons.
Not resistant against concentrated mineral acids, formic acid, kresol, glycol and benzyl alcohol.
Various possible combinations:
Two-part: 1 hub part plus 1 sleeve part
Three-part: 2 hub parts plus sleeve
Different hubs (various bores) can be combined with a sleeve. Each size (14, 19 or 24) has to match.

Casing: PA 6.6 (polyamide 6.6)
Hubs: plastics or sintered steel
Allen screws: steel, burnished
Temperature range: -25 to +100 °C, for short periods of time +120 °C
Custom bore: +0.05/-0.1 mm (with metal hub H7), feather keyway DIN 6885/1
