For use in highly dynamic positioning and servo systems or for metering valves (also in the food industry and laboratory technology)

Product specification

One-part light couplings in short version.

Especially torsionally-stiff, with radial and angular misalignment compensation. Serve to connect two shafts for low to medium torques.

Coated metal hubs and metal bellows made of stainless steel, wear-resistant.

Short version for lower shaft misalignment at higher torque. Shaft misalignment is speed-dependent. Maximal values of various types of displacement are mutually exclusive.

Clamping hubs made of aluminium with surface treatment.

Ready-to-install with custom bores and clamp screws.

Easy mounting and dismounting without special tool.

The shafts should be supported right besides the couplings in order to avoid unnecessary vibration.

Hubs with through hole +0.03 mm with large clamp range.

The bores can be extended on request to 8-20 mm depending on the product.

Notes regarding selection and operation:

The stated torques are valid for constant load and speed without shaft displacement. The occurring torque incl. operating factors must be smaller than the max. torque indicated in the table.

Operating factors:

Uniform load: factor 1.5

Alternating load: factor 2

Shock load: factor 3

Reversing shock load: factor 4

Depending on type and size, an appropriate operating factor for the shaft displacement has to be used.
