PTFE is a fluoroplast with excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents and gases. Depending on the degree of mechanical and chemical loading the material is heat-resistant up to +260 °C. PTFE is not resistant to fluorine compounds and molten alkali metals at higher temperatures.
Ends fitted with cylindrical pieces allowing connection with THOMAFLUID® pipe connectors.
Material: PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)
Temperature range: -70 to +260 °C, for a short time +280 °C
