Mini hose connectors made of chrome-nickel steel are considered mini-hose connectors in V2A for hoses ranging from I.D. 0.9 mm to 5.2 mm. Material description
The Mini hose connectors made of chrome-nickel steel (V2A) are polished absolutely smooth and without burrs. Bacterial nests cannot form on the smooth inner wall.
After production, the connectors are coated with colored polypropylene, so that the connectors are available in the colors red, orange, and white.
Material properties of chrome-nickel steel
Stainless steels as chrome-nickel steels according to 1.4301 and 1.4541 are considered V2A steels. V2A steels are used for corrosion-resistant parts, such as fittings in chemical and process engineering, such as taps and fittings. The strength of the standard parts is achieved by cold rolling. V2A standard parts are considered food-safe, so chrome-nickel steel is preferred for use in food technology as well as in the chemical industry.
