Hex-Head Screws made of PVDF

Reichelt Chemietechnik presents the hex-head screw made of PVDF as a new innovative product in its product line THOMAPLAST®. The product is especially used in chemical, laboratory, pharmaceutical and process technology as well as in biochemical process engineering.

The hex-head screws are manufactured in the sizes M3, M4, M5, M6 and M8 with thread lengths from 10 to 60 mm and conform to DIN 933, DIN EN ISO 24017, thus meeting the standards in machinery and plant engineering.

The chemical resistance of PVDF is remarkable. PVDF is a fluorinated plastic, thus a nearly absolute resistance to anorganic and organic media is given.

This screw series is also used in the food and medical engineering.

Our catalogue THOMAPLAST®-III comprises a wide variety of screws, nuts and spacers made of plastics such as PTFE, PP and PA beside PVDF.
