With its new magnet-driven gear pump THOMAFLUID®-E-2000 MP, Reichelt Chemietechnik presents a new pump system meeting highest requirements.
The high-tech magnet-driven gear pump is used for delivery of inorganic and organic media in laboratory, chemical and process engineering, and in process technology. The pump is also a reliable partner in permanent operation and at extreme operating conditions during the addition of fuel additives when producing gasoline and other fuels, and the addition of colourings, odorous or flavouring additives in the food and semiluxuries producing industries as well as in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
A further application area for these pumps is the addition of dyes, catalysts, and plasticizers in the paper, textile, and plastics industries.
The pump is microprocessor-controlled and equipped with a RS-232 interface and a 25-pin D-plug for external control (PLC).
The max. delivery rate varies from 0 to 105 l/h depending on pump type, at a max. medium temperature of +95 °C. The pump is RoHS compliant.
