Product specification

Two-part micro dialysing system for applications in biochemistry such as gentle desalination and buffer exchange by use of THOMAPOR^®-dialysing membranes made of celluloseacetate (CA) items 58965 to 58990, or regenerated cellulose (RC), items 15000 to 15017, for quantities between 10 and 5,000 µl. Completely made of PTFE, absolutely biocompatible and sterilizable; also available with involved magnetic stirring bar for moving the system in the dialysing vessel by magnetic stirrers.

The sample is filled in the sample compartment (sample chamber) without bubbles by use of a micropipette or a microliter syringe and covered with the dialysing membrane on which the PTFE closure is then tightly screwed. For dialysis the dialyser prepared in this way is placed in the dialysing vessel filled with water or buffer. After termination of the dialysis the sample is taken out without loss with a microliter syringe by puncturing the membrane through the PTFE closure.
