Reichelt Chemietechnik presents its new trademark THOMADRIVE® in the field of drive engineering.
The new product range comprises more than 5.000 articles of various product groups. The high percentage of drive elements made of high-quality plastics and stainless steels has to be mentioned especially. The drive components with a wide spectrum of applications are particularly used in food technology, pharmaceutical engineering, biotechnology, laboratory technology, chemical process engineering, chemical technology, as well as in special engineering.
The THOMADRIVE® spur gears are made of the plastic PA12G, the core being made of stainless steel 1.4305 and permanently cast-in.
The product advantages of the THOMADRIVE® spur gears are defined as follows:
· Special plastic with excellent material properties
· Steel core enables snugly fitting, high strength shaft-hub connection
· Optimal force transmission due to cylindrical contact area
· Large temperature range from -60 to +120 °C, for a short time up to +150 °C
· Light, silent and clean, with excellent dry running properties
· Alternatively all gears can be manufactured on request also with core made of mild steel C45.
