This material should not be used at freezing temperatures, because of embrittlement at temperatures below 0 °C

Chemical features:

Good resistance to alcohols, ketones, alkalis and acids (except strong and oxidizing acids); resistant to fats and oils, including mineral oils and fuels.

PP (polypropylene) is a universally usable standard plastic with excellent properties

PP is sterilizable and has good electrical properties

Weldable; bondable only after pretreatment

PP is similar to PE (polyethylene), but more fat- and oil-resistant, and also features a higher hardness and stiffness than HDPE as well as a better resilience; its impact strength is, however, lower
