New developments enable the production of monofil nylon cloth featuring high weave quality, precision and regularity of mesh sizes in antistatic design. It is insensitive to vibrations, highly resistant to fatigue caused by vibrating or bending and does not crack. The cloth features high abrasion resistance, hydrolysis resistance and resilience.
Antistatic screen cloth is used for screening or separation of dry, electrostatically charged materials. Electrically conductive filaments incorporated into the cloth reliably ensure the conduction effect. The specific leakage resistance is <1 x 104 to <1 x 106 ohm.
The advantage is the better processing of PA 6.6 related to its mechanical and elastic properties compared to metal fabrics.
