For all-purpose use, high mechanical stability

Electrodialysis membranes have always to be kept wet and should be stored in a 3 % NaCl solution in a cool and dark place.

Chemical resistance:

Very good to acetic acid (50 %), ethanol (50 %), ethylenglycol (50 %), H2SO4 (10 %), H2SO4 (40 %), HCI (10 %), HNO3 (20 %), methanol (50 %), NaCl (3 %), NaCl (20 %), NaOH (5 %), sodium thiosulfate (3 %), NH3 (4 %), citric acid (50 %)

Less good to acetone (30 %), dioxan (30 %)

Very low to phenol (7 %), strong oxidants

Technical specification

Thickness: 0.16 mm

Tearing strength: >0.35 MPa

Resistivity: 1.8 Ohm x cm2, the resistivity was measured after equilibrium with 0.5 N NaCl solution at +25 °C
