Application area

Sorbent material with very high water uptake capacity.

Product specification

Outstanding adsorption properties due to high porosity of the polysilica gel.

High chemical resistance and hardness of the granular material.

Drying of gases, such as air, nitrogen, inert gases etc.

Not suitable for drying of ammonia (NH3) and hydrogen fluoride (HF).

Silica gel adsorbs water, sulfur dioxide (SO2), saturated hydrocarbons, olefins and aromatics.

Blue gel with humidity colour indicator contains cobalt chloride. With saturation of about 6 percent by weight a colour change occurs (pink colour).

Water uptake capacity up to 35 % of its own weight. Uptake capacity increases with increasing relative air humidity.

Frequently and easily regenerable in a stove.

Fine gas purification is performed by catalysis and adsorption allowing reduction of contaminants up to few ppb.
