Our assortment:

High-Tech Magnet-Driven Gear Delivery Pump E-2000-MP

High-Tech Gear Pump made of Stainless Steel - constant

Magnetic gear feed pumps E-25-MP

  • They are considered feed pumps for the transport of organic and inorganic media
  • Their field of application is process chemistry, process engineering, laboratory technology as well as biotechnology.
  • They are used in food technology, especially in the food industry, but also in the cosmetics industry for the addition of dyes and catalysts.
  • The E-2000-MP drive system is infinitely variable in the speed range from 0 to 2000 rpm.
  • A high-speed button ensures an increase in the max. delivery volume.
  • Material components:
gears made of PEEK (polyetheretherketone) and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)
Pump head: Stainless steel 1.4401 (SS 316)
  • max. flow rate: 38 to 105 l/min.
  • Delivery accuracy: better than 0.1 %
  • Working temperature: 0°C to +40°C
  • Viscosity: max. 50 cP
  • Motor speed: stepless from 0 to 200 rpm via high-speed button
  • External control via PLC by means of a 25-pin D-connector
  • Interface (microprocessor control)
  • Cable connection: 1/4" NPT (internal thread)
  • Voltage: 220V/50Hz
  • The pump is RoHS compliant.

Stainless steel gear pump - constant running

  • Used in process technology, isotope technology and process engineering as well as environmental technology
  • Conveying of sensitive dangerous goods as well as the smallest and larger volumes of liquids
  • Pulse-free delivery
  • Highest dosing accuracy
  • Self-priming
  • Corrosion-resistant
  • Max. flow rate: constant 144 l/h
  • Max. operating pressure: 34 bar at +20°C

Gear pumps - pulsation-free dosing pumps for high dosing accuracy.

Gear pumps, which are also available from us in a magnetic version, are dosing pumps which ensure pulse-free flow rates with the highest dosing accuracy in conveying technology. Even with very high loads, it is a very reliable pump system.

How does a gear pump work?

The gear pump is a centrifugal pump consisting of two gears rotating in opposite directions, which mesh with each other on the suction side of the pump. There is a suction coupling and discharge connection on the pump housing. The drive shaft is directly connected to one gear (drive gear), which then drives the other gear. The liquid is sucked into the free space between the gear flanks and the housing. The medium, which is located in the gear spaces, is transported to the pressure side. The teeth of the two gearwheels fill up each other’s free spaces after the liquid has reached the pressure side, after which it is pumped into the pressure line.
