Reichelt Chemietechnik presents THOMAFLUID®-High-Tech Stainless-Steel Pressure Hoses for chemical engineering, apparatus construction, process and machine engineering in its product portfolio.
Their use in cooling technology such as refrigerating plants, as well as in heat pump technology should be especially pointed out.
The corrugated hoses cover the temperature range of -70 to +300 °C with a max. working pressure up to 30 bar. The set of versatile connecting elements allows a wide range of application areas: The hoses are available with straight precision end pieces, threaded connections, as well as with connecting flanges. The hoses with connecting flanges are used in the vacuum technology, therefore ensuring lowest leakage rates (helium leak test). Each hose is provided with a test certificate 3.1B according to EN 10204 (DIN 50049).
The available connecting elements allow a variety of connection possibilities with simplest installation of vibration dampers at existing pipe systems. The assortment of THOMAFLUID®-High-Tech-Corrugated Hoses made of stainless steel 1.4541 is particularly suited for welded connections to piping systems and for especially high loads and aggressive media.
