The microprocessor-controlled system delivers all kinds of inorganic and organic media, low-viscous slurries, suspensions, emulsions and viscous solutions up to 500 cP. Wherever ultrapure media are used such as in biotechnology, biochemistry or microelectronics, the drive system E-1500 MP is an ideal solution.
The advantages of the micro metering pump are especially useful for conveyance of reagents in automatic analyzers as well as for addition of fuel additives during production of gasoline and other fuels, and above all always when high-precision delivery rates in a range of 10 to 150 ml/min are required.
A further application area for these pumps is the metering of colourings, odorous or flavouring additives in the food and semiluxuries producing industries as well as in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
All media-contacting parts conform to FDA regulations. The pump is microprocessor-controlled and equipped with a RS-232 interface and a 25-pin D-plug for external control (PLC).
